Snow clearing service
We clear every storm that reaches two inches, as many times as it takes, for one seasonal price.
Two ways to buy it
Both levels include the same number of visits. The difference is what time of day we get to you.
Standard
For a driveway you don't need cleared first thing — you work from home, you're retired, or you can wait until midday.
- When we come
- Between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. No overnight service, and no guaranteed time — where you fall on the route changes storm to storm.
- Morning of a storm
- No morning commitment. If it snows overnight, your driveway may still be covered at breakfast.
- During a long storm
- We come back every time another two inches builds up, within the daytime window.
- Getting a slot
- Open enrollment. Available anywhere we run a route.
Premium Limited
For a driveway that has to be open before you leave for work — school runs, early shifts, anyone on the road by 7.
- When we come
- Overnight, plus 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Premium properties on a route are cleared before any Standard properties on that route.
- Morning of a storm
- Passable before 7:00 AM when the snow has substantially stopped by 3:00 AM. If it's still coming down after 3, we make a pass, but it can re-cover.
- During a long storm
- Same as Standard — every additional two inches — plus the overnight pass.
- Getting a slot
- Capped per route to protect the 7:00 AM promise. First come, and closed once a route fills.
Both levels: no limit on visits, never billed per storm, and the ridge the city plow leaves across your driveway is cleared at no extra charge, however many times it happens. Premium covers the driveway only — it doesn't move walkways or sidewalks up the line, and those are cleared within 22 hours of the storm ending either way.
The agreement in brief
The short version of the terms you're accepting. The full agreement is the PDF above, and it governs where the two differ.
- Season
- November 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027.
- What starts a visit
- Two inches. Under two inches is the homeowner's, at both levels.
- Walkways and sidewalks
- Add-ons, cleared by a separate crew on a later pass — always within 22 hours of the storm ending.
- Salting
- Not in the seasonal price. Billed per application — we text you first, or we salt automatically. Your call.
- Season allowance
- Your price covers 95 inches, measured at Burlington International Airport. Past that we keep plowing, and 10% is added per additional 10 inches.
- Light winter
- Under 50 inches and five visits or fewer, you get a $50 credit toward next season.
- Paying
- One payment or up to six monthly installments. Each one is due before the month it covers — we can't service an unpaid account. Pay ahead or in full any time.
- Before it snows
- 12 feet of overhead clearance, cars parked close to the garage, and hoses, cords, nets and bins out of the driveway.
- If you're unhappy
- Tell us within 7 days of the first visit and we refund everything you've paid.
- If something gets damaged
- Let us know in writing within 48 hours of the visit so we can look at it while the evidence is still there.
